Club history
Welcome to the Official St. Johns Jesuit Titan Rugby webpage. St. Johns Rugby was formed in 2010 at the request of Principal Bonham. If you are interested in playing rugby, feel free to contact Coach Novak at brian.novak@utoledo.edu
We look forward to seeing the club grow and become a local powerhouse in Northwest Ohio and South East Michigan.
If you are interested in coming to practice, we currently hold practice at the YMCA field on Holland-Sylvania Rd, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-6PM. Bring cleats, and a mouth guard.

Coaching staff
Head Coach: Brian Novak
Coach Novak is a graduate of St. Ignatius Jesuit High School in Cleveland, OH. He was part of the inaugural Wildcat Rugby team, and helped lead the team to 4th and 3rd place finishes in the Division 1 state championships. He was selected for the all-star team both his senior and junior year, and was selected as a player for the All Ohio Select Rugby team U19. He has played professional Rugby for the Cleveland Rovers and the Toledo Celtics.
Assistant Coach: Douglas Leavitt
Coach Leavitt is the current forwards coach, and has played professional Rugby for the Toledo Celtics for the past 12 years.
